Goong Chapter 142

Shin is waiting for Chae Gyeong to say something. His hands is already shaking. Chae Gyeong is about to answer but was interrupted by a man. He said that he was the caretaker of the house. They were told to unpack and rest and to wait for their meal. Chae Gyeong takes a look at Shin.

Shin: ah its okay
'i was just testing you response
dont worry about it
you werent even able to answer
and it looked like you didnt really want this
truth is that this ring is not real
i picked it up from the street cart
dont worry about it

CG: would you like to have dinner
since youre tired from driving
i was thinking that we should eat something before we rest

But Shin looks angry

Shin: its okay
you can stuff yourself alone till your belly explodes
i put my important assignment report behind to become your personal driver
because you were scattering your tears
but somehow i'm really tired of all this
i was looking for you like a hungry Hyena
my muscles are twitching and my legs are tired
i better get some sleep

Shin turns and walks to the stairs leaving her. It's not like Chae Gyeong doesnt like him. She was just speechless because of the sudden situation. She didnt know what to say or how to express her emotions. She couldnt think of anything at that moment.

Next Scene
Yul does some jogging with Miru

Miru: man it serves you right
you were being stupid to say that you were leaving this country with that common girl
the palace isnt even looking for those lover birds who eloped

Yul: shut up
what are you doing here after school

Miru: perhaps the palace is permitting those two to get back together

YuL: shut up
dont bother me when i'm jogging

Miru: where could they be right now
they wouldnt even think about you for a second

Yul: stop it i said stop

But instead of being afraid< Miru even like this side of Yul. It's the first time that someone has treated her this wild. She thinks she is falling for Yul's wide side of roughness. She really like the sinister type. Yul remebered about Chae Gyeong saying that she will keeo her promise. He was fooled by her innocent face not realizing that she will stab him in the back like this. Next Scene The Daebi is looking at an old family picture where a younger Shin is present.

She also remembered young Shin gave him a drawing of her with a sad face. Shin said that his aunt always is always making a sad face everyday. Daebi smiled at her which made Shin delighted. Shin promised to remember her smiling face and draw it.

Looking at the old picture, Daebi covered Shin. And pretended he is gone. Shin is a non-existent person and is being erased. Looks like the Daebi is planning to make Shin be gone for good, because a man is watching outside the house where Shin and Chae Gyeong is staying.
