Yul ran out of frustration and guilt. He should have left her alone. If only he had left without being so greedy. She wouldn't be in this broken state. And he saw Shin, the queen together with the lady courts in the hallway.

Chae Gyeong's condition is fine. Her leg bone has a light crack and it's been casted. The queen wants her to move to the palace hospital. But Chae Gyeong's father declines. No matter how nice a facility of a hospital may be but being stress free is the best.

Next Scene
Shin is in Chae Gyeong's room and waits for her to gain consciousness. Then suddenly Chae Gyeong holds his hand. Shin is startled and ready to face her but Chae Gyeong stops him.
CG: don't look back
i can't face you right now
please just stay as you are
But Shin really did look at her.
CG: i told you not to look
Shin embraches her.
