Its not like Misao wants to die but she cant marry Kyo for the purpose of just bringing prosperity to his clan. Another guy is now confessing to her.

Seeing how Kyo ignored her, it seems like Kyo wont be helping her anymore. She barely seen him at all that day.

Kyo tried to evade Misao's question by excusing himself since he need to prepare for work. Tarou offered Misao food. Even though he denies it Misao knew it was Kyo who healed her by licking her wounds. They went to school together. Kyo talked about how he used to fly with Misao back when they were young but Misao does not recall any of it. Kyo wondered why. But for him there hasn't been one day when he had forgotten the past.
